This red wine vinegar is made in Orléans from Merlot grapes. It develops a red hue and a offers depth and balance when maturing in oak barrels for a few weeks.

The texture is smooth, while the flavour brings rounded, slightly fruity notes typical of French red wine vinegar. It pairs well with roasted vegetables, red meats, and hearty sauces.
