Bergeron Apricot Nectar from the Rhone Valley

Made with Bergeron apricots grown in France’s Rhone Valley, this apricot nectar delivers a dense texture and full stone-fruit flavour. The recipe contains 46% apricot pulp, which gives the nectar its rich consistency and rounded taste. Apricots naturally contain less juice than many fruits, which is why they are prepared as nectar rather than pure fruit juice.

The Bergeron apricot variety is a large apricot, recognised for its firm flesh, balanced sweetness and slight acidity, with aromas that develop notes of almond and lightly stewed apricot as the fruit ripens.
