This particular terrine, hailing from Périgord, France, is made from locally sourced pork meat and pork liver, with the addition of rich and earthy chestnuts, packed into a convenient jar.

Ideal for charcuterie boards, appetiser spreads, or simply enjoyed on its own spread on some French bread, this farmhouse terrine with chestnuts has a true taste of the Périgord countryside. You can also enjoy this terrine with cornichons, mustard, or a fruity chutney to balance out the richness of the terrine.

Les Bories (part of the same group as La Belle Chaurienne) showcases the flavours of the historic Périgord region in the South West of France.

Ingredients – Périgord pork 47%, Périgord pork liver 29%, chestnuts 9%, Périgord pork shoulder 5%, water, salt, onions, grey pepper, spices, allspice, marjoram, thyme, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, coriander, garlic.
