Smoked Brézain de Savoie whole cheese +/- 6kg

Brézain Smoked Whole Cheese is a delicious and unique cheese from Haute-Savoie, France. Made from pasteurized cow’s milk, it has a smooth and creamy texture, an ivory-white interior, and an attractive orange-brown rind. The name Brézain reflects its smoked preparation method, giving it an appealing amber colour and a distinctive flavour. The cheese is exposed to wood fire (juniper and beech wood) after 6 to 8 weeks of maturation. It is this humid and smoky atmosphere of the wood that gives it all its creaminess and special flavour. For catering or professional use, this semi-hard 6kg smoked cheese is perfect for raclette.

Melt this cheese over potatoes, cornichons, cured meats and a crusty baguette for a delicious raclette experience straight from the French Alps. You can also use Brézain for fondues and gratins, where its creamy and smoky notes stand out.
