Tartiflette cheese 500g.

Tartiflette is a traditional French dish from Savoie in the French Alps. The dish consists of layering potatoes, cheese, bacon or lardons and onions (some would add a splash of white wine from the region) before cooking in the oven. The result is a hearty dish best enjoyed during the cold months with some fresh bread and a green salad.

This cheese from thermized cow’s milk (not pasteurised) is similar to reblochon and will melt perfectly when cooked in the oven. Sometimes the outer packaging may vary.

Suitable for freezing.
