Jura Cheese L’Horloger 200g

Discover L’Horloger (the clockmaker) Jura cheese 200g, a true gem from the Swiss Jura mountains (also known for Tete de Moine), crafted with the same precision and care as a fine timepiece, an homage to the region’s watchmaking heritage. Aged for 6 months in natural cellars, this semi-hard cheese develops a beautiful golden hue and a delicately rustic rind. Its supple, creamy texture melts gently on the tongue, revealing nutty, subtly fruity notes with a hint of alpine sweetness.

The top of each wheel is carved with a clock face design, complete with 60-minute markers, a charming nod to Jura’s horological roots. L’Horloger is made from fresh, local raw cow’s milk, giving it an authentic character that’s both refined and deeply comforting. Perfect with crusty bread served on a cheese platter or melted into a luxurious omelette for a simple yet unforgettable French-inspired supper.
