Brillat Savarin 500g

Brillat-Savarin is the ultimate French indulgence: a luxurious triple creme cheese traditionally made in Burgundy with PGI label and named after the famed gastronome Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin. Made from pasteurised cow’s whole milk with added cream, it boasts an irresistibly rich, buttery texture that melts effortlessly on the tongue. Its snowy white rind wraps around a pale ivory centre that softens beautifully as it matures.

The flavour is delicate yet decadent, with notes of fresh cream, mushrooms, and a hint of sweetness that lingers just long enough. Handcrafted in small batches using traditional methods, this pasteurised cheese is a true celebration of French savoir-faire. Serve it at room temperature with crusty bread and a glass of sparkling wine for a truly indulgent moment or add some slices to your quiche for French touch.
