Frozen Echire churned butter with sea salt crystal (Baratte du Cremier ) 250g is a French salted butter from the Échiré region. Slowly churned from high-quality cow’s milk, it has a smooth, creamy texture and pale yellow colour. Subtle sea salt crystals from Ile de Re enhance its fresh, balanced flavour. Ideal for baking, cooking, sauces, or spreading with a softer texture, preserving the taste of French butter.
Ingredients: Pasteurised CREAM, salt from Ile de Re 2.4%, LACTIC cultures.
