Catering Dough for Pizza and Flammekueche

This ready-to-use dough roll is designed for caterers, food professionals and large events. Produced in France by Husson, it can be used to prepare both pizzas and flammekueche, the famous speciality from Alsace.

Flammekueche, also known as tarte flambée or flammkuchen, is a thin and crispy flatbread topped with a white base of crème fraiche or fromage blanc, onions and lardons. Unlike many pizzas, it is traditionally baked with a very thin crust and a lighter topping.

The 3kg format is suitable for producing multiple portions while saving preparation time in busy kitchens. Simply unroll, cut to size and garnish as required.
