Product information

Pink pralines, or ‘pralines roses’ in French are a specialty of the Lyon region in France. These pralines roses are crushed apricot kernels covered in bright pink, caramelised sugar and are used to bake classic French desserts such as ‘tarte aux pralines’.

Our crushed pink praline is made with apricot kernels which have a similar taste to almonds, and we have whole almond pink praline available too if this is your preference.

This crushed pink praline comes in a resealable kraft bag, with a net weight of 500g. We sell this in a larger 1kg bag too, along with a whole host of classic French patisserie ingredients, including gourmet baking chocolate, fresh yeast, French butter, and lots more.
