Ancel Creme Patissiere 1kg box.

Creme patissiere by Ancel is a dry mix that can be prepared in minutes. You can make a quick creme patissiere of professional quality with a great vanilla taste to garnish your cakes, choux, eclairs, fruits tarts, flans or custard tart with great ease. You can find a wide range of baking products in our online shop.

 

Recipe for creme patissiere:

Ingredients: 80g of crème patissiere mix, 1L of milk, 200 to 250g of sugar, 50 to 100g of eggs (1 or 2 eggs).

Add the crème patissiere mix to 250 ml of cold milk and whisk together. Add the eggs and mix until smooth. Heat the rest of the milk until boiling with the sugar then remove from heat and add it to the egg mixture while stirring. Put back on the heat and bring to boil while stirring, then remove from heat. Let it cool down before using it for your preparations.
