La Belle Chaurienne duck parfait with foie gras is a refined blend of duck liver and 25% duck foie gras for a smooth and velvety texture. Made in Castelnaudary, , this parfait combines creamy duck liver with subtle seasoning for a rich and balanced flavour .
This 150g jar is ideal as starter or part of a charcuterie board. Simply spread on crusty baguette or toast for an effortless taste of the French countryside. To enjoy at its best, serve chilled, accompanied by onion or fig chutney.
Before opening, store the tin in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep it refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
