This French charcuterie platter comes from the Basque Country in southwest France.
All the meats are made from pigs reared by Elizaldia in the Basque Country for IGP Bayonne ham, ensuring clear origin and consistency. Each selection reflects the region’s approach to cured meats, with careful seasoning and slow maturation. 

The platter includes IGP Bayonne ham, lomo, coppa, rosette, and chorizo, all produced in the Basque Country. Each cut reflects careful curing and seasoning, designed to work well together on the plate.

Chorizo (pork meat and fat, salt, spices, LACTOSE, dextrose, aromatic herbs, natural flavors, vegetable: beetroot powder, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: potassium nitrate, casing)
