This sparkling blush wine received a silver medal at the World Alcohol free awards in 2025.  

Made using advanced vacuum distillation, this wine undergoes a gentle two-stage process that preserves its natural aromas and structure. A touch of Cabernet Franc and Cot gives it its gorgeous blush tone and flavours of raspberry, blueberry, and bramble. Finished with a hint of CO₂ for a refined sparkle. 

Tasting notes: light salmon pink with fine bubbles, it opens with notes of white fruit, exotic fruit, and citrus, enhanced by subtle red berry undertones. The palate is balanced, fruity, and round, offering freshness with every sip.
