Discover the Diane de Poytiers Isigny caramel nougats with Guérande salt, a thoughtfully French confection.

These tender nougats combine the soft bite of traditional Montelimar-style nougat with rich caramel pieces made from Isigny butter and cream. Isigny, a region in Normandy, is known for its dairy excellence; its butter and cream are protected by PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) status, ensuring traditional methods and exceptional quality. The recipe is balanced with a touch of Guerande Celtic Sea salt, a PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) product from Brittany, known for its mineral-rich flavour and artisanal harvesting methods.

Made with honey, almonds (15.3%), and egg whites, this nougat delivers sweet, nutty, and lightly salty notes in every bite. 
These individually wrapped nougats are perfect for gifting or enjoying at the end of a meal.
