Chestnut puree is a French delicacy traditionally served around Christmas time, with only 2 ingredients (chestnuts and water) this is 100% natural and gluten-free. This unsweetened chestnut puree is a great alternative to the traditional mashed potatoes that will bring earthy flavours to your dishes.
To prepare, add water, stock, or milk to get the desired consistency then place on low heat, season and serve with poultry or game.
