Biscuiterie de l’Abbaye presents a taste of Normandy, inspired by the culinary heritage of Trouville, a picturesque coastal town in Normandy, renowned for its fresh seafood, vibrant fishing port, and rich culinary tradition. 

These fruity ‘Le Trouvillais’ biscuits are made with a blend of fresh Isigny PDO cream, citrusy lemon, and almonds, all within a delicate buttery shortbread-like biscuit dough. 

Each pack contains 4 freshly sealed pouches, each with 4 buttery biscuits infused with lemon and almonds (Net weight: 150g).

Ingredients – WHEAT flour, sugar, Normandy BUTTER 24%, lemon pieces 5% (apple puree and concentrated juice, concentrated lemon juice, citrus fibres, gelling agent: pectins, natural lemon flavour), ALMONDS 5%, Isigny AOP 5% CREME fraîche, powdered EGG yolks, natural lemon flavour, sea salt, skimmed MILK, whole EGGS. May contain traces of soy, sesame seeds and other nuts.
