Biscuiterie de l’Abbaye presents a taste of Normandy, inspired by the culinary heritage of Trouville, a picturesque coastal town in Normandy, renowned for its fresh seafood, vibrant fishing port, and rich culinary tradition. 

These ‘Le Trouvillais’ biscuits are made with a blend of fresh PDO cream and apples within a delicate buttery shortbread-like biscuit dough. 

Each pack contains 4 freshly sealed pouches, each with 4 buttery biscuits infused with apples and fresh cream (Net weight: 150g).

Ingredients – WHEAT flour, sugar, Normandy BUTTER 25.5%, Isigny PDO fresh CREAM 5%, sweetened dried apples 2.7% [apples 1.8% (equivalent to 6.9% of fresh apples), sugars extracted from fruits, rice flour, acidifier: citric acid], EGG yolks powder, natural apple flavour, sea salt, skimmed MILK, whole EGGS. May contain traces of soya, sesame seeds and nuts.
