Creme Brulee Set: 6 x Dishes and Iron Carameliser

Creme Brulee kit includes 6 x 12cm tapas dishes and a cast-iron ‘salamander’ for heating up and applying to your sugar topping to caramelise it.

These tapas dishes have an external diameter of 12cm and an inside diameter of 10.6cm. Height 2.9cm.

These terracotta tapas dishes are suitable for microwaves, ovens, refrigerator and most importantly, dishwashers.

Simply heat the iron disc until it glows red, then hold it as close to the sugar as possible without touching it until the required level of caramelisation is reached.

Please follow these instructions when purchasing our terracotta tapas dishes:

• Before first use: Soak the terracotta dish in water for at least 30 minutes.
• After cleaning: Allow it to dry completely before storing in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place.
• Avoid placing the hot dish on cold surfaces.
• This ceramic ovenware is heat-resistant from –25°C to 250°C.
• Products retain heat and will stay hot for up to 30 minutes

Each piece is handmade from natural materials, so slight variations or imperfections may occur — these do not affect its quality or performance.

Please note: this product is not suitable to be used over an open flame or directly on the hob.
