These Elizaldia confit sausages come from the Basque Country. Each tin contains four sausages made from pork raised on the Elizaldia farm to make Bayonne ham. The pork sausages are gently cooked in pork fat, just like duck confit. They offer a deep, savoury flavour with a tender texture and a mild hint of spice.

The slow cooking process keeps the sausages soft and juicy. Their flavour develops well during grilling or oven cooking. They pair beautifully with roasted vegetables, warm salads, or mashed potatoes. 

Easy to prepare at home.

Open the tin on both sides and push the sausages out. Keep the cooking fat for potatoes or vegetables. Brown the sausages gently in a pan for a crisp finish.
