These individual cured sausages (buchettes) are packed with flavour. They can be eaten just as they are, whether as part of a packed lunch, mid-afternoon snack, easy starter or sophisticated dinner-party spread. Each tied bundle contains eight buchettes of around 37g each for a total of approximately 300g.
Based in the Rhône department of eastern France, the producer of these sausages has been making fine charcuterie since 1902. Their buchettes are made of the best quality seasoned pork in a natural casing, carefully cured for a little taste of history and tradition. Formidable!
We have a wide range of saucissons available, all made using traditional methods in the Auvergne region of France.
