Product information
Reblochon is a raw cow’s milk cheese produced in the Haute-Savoie region of France with a soft washed-rind and smear-ripened texture. With its AOC certification you are guaranteed product’s style, ingredients, and provenance.
Reblochon cheese is traditionally eaten in winter as part of a cheese platter or baked in tartiflette. Tartiflette is a traditional French dish from Savoie in the French Alps. The dish consists of layering potatoes, cheese, bacon or lardons and onions (some would add a splash of white wine from the region) before cooking in the oven. The result is a hearty dish best enjoyed during the cold months with some fresh bread and a green salad.
