Crème Brulee kit includes 6 x 12cm tapas dishes and a cast-iron ‘salamander’ for heating up and applying to your sugar topping to caramelise it.

These tapas dishes have an external diameter of 12cm and an inside diameter of 10.6cm. Height 2.9cm. These terracotta tapas dishes are suitable for microwaves, ceramic hobs, gas flames, ovens and most importantly, dishwashers.

Simply heat the iron disc until it glows red, then hold it as close to the sugar as possible without touching it until the required level of caramelisation is reached.
The tapas-style dishes included are suitable for the dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and oven.
