Jesus de Lyon salami, 2.2kg. Made to a traditional recipe this large pork saucisson made with a natural casing is an excellent addition to your charcuterie board.

Jesus de Lyon is a coarse-textured, pear-shaped, dry-cured salami. It takes its name from the fact that it is a French speciality of Lyon cuisine originally prepared at the end of the year, to be ready to be eaten at Christmas to celebrate the birth of Jesus. It is best to store the saucisson wrapped in a cloth in a cool, dry place.

This large saucisson can be a centrepiece for a special event for professional chefs or home cooks, it’s also an excellent gift for any French food lover.

Ingredients: 84% pork including 30% ham, 16% pork fat, salt, LACTOSE, WHEAT dextrose, natural spices, nitrite potassium
