Butcher’s Saucisson Selection x 5 (Bull, Pork, Smoked, Venison, Wild Boar)

This French saucisson selection is made for meat lovers! It contains one each of the following saucissons: 

Bull 200g
Pork 160g
Smoked 160g
Venison 200g
Wild Boar 160g  

These traditional cured sausages are made by hand in the Auvergne region of France. Slice thinly and eat them just as they are or use them as part of your next picnic or dinner party. Once sliced, these saucissons are best stored in the fridge, and we recommend allowing them to come to room temperature before eating to intensify their flavour.

Bull 200g:  

Ingredients – pork meat, pork fat, bull meat, seasoning – salt, LACTOSE, WHEAT dextrose, natural flavourings, potassium nitrite. May contain traces of NUTS.

Pork 160g :

Ingredients – pork, pork fat, salt, LACTOSE, skimmed MILK powder, WHEAT dextrose, natural spices, potassium nitrite. May contain traces of NUTS.
Nutritional values per 100g – energy: 1745 kJ / 421 kcal, fat: 34g, saturated fat: 13g, carbohydrates: 1.1g including trace sugars, protein: 28g, salt: 4.6g. 

Smoked 160g :

Ingredients – pork, pork fat, salt, LACTOSE, skimmed MILK powder, WHEAT dextrose, natural spices, potassium nitrite, smoke flavouring. May contain traces of NUTS.
Nutritional values per 100g – energy: 1745 kJ / 421 kcal, fat: 34g, saturated fat: 13g, carbohydrates: 1.1g including trace sugars, protein: 28g, salt: 4.5g. 

Venison 200g :

Ingredients – pork meat, pork fat, dear meat, seasoning – salt, LACTOSE, WHEAT dextrose, natural flavourings, potassium nitrite. May contain traces of NUTS.

Wil Boar 160g:
