125g tub of Le Saunier de Camargue Fleur de Sel.

This exceptional French salt has been harvested by hand in Aïgues-Mortes since the Roman era. It is the result of the work of the salt farmers and a combination of the Mistral wind, the sea and the sunshine that are all so characteristic of Camargue region on the south coast of France.

Camargue Fleur de Sel is a unique salt with a delicate and crunchy texture. It is made up of flakes resulting from a special form of crystallisation on the surface of the water.

Fleur de sel is a 100 percent natural and unrefined product, In addition, this somewhat moist sea salt has a high content in natural minerals such as calcium, magnesium and iodine, and is entirely free of artificial additives.

This salt is also available in a 1kg tub.
