We think this artisanal glazed terracotta dish (approx. 20cm diameter) has a pleasingly simple look.

This large, versatile dish could be used for a vegetable gratin, or a stew or casserole, such as a traditional cassoulet or Poulet Basquaise – and would look good on the table for a rustic supper. It would also be an attractive way of serving tapas or appetisers… or a colourful mixed salad.

This dish can be used on a gas stove, electric hob, in the oven, or in a microwave. It can also be put in the freezer… and dishwasher too.

These large tapas dishes measure approximately 5cm high and have a capacity of 1l.

Please note: with oven use, natural cracking of the glaze may occur.
