This gourmet saucisson selection contains one each of the following saucissons:
200g Beaufort saucisson
160g black pepper
200g duck saucisson
160g fig saucisson
160g hazelnut saucisson
These traditional dry cured sausages are made by hand in the Auvergne region of France. Slice thinly and eat them just as they are or use them as part of your next picnic or dinner party. Once sliced, these saucissons are best stored in the fridge, and we recommend allowing them to come to room temperature before eating to intensify their flavour.
