These Ferrigno vintage 2020 sardines in olive oil were produced in Provence. Selected from a single fishing season, these aged sardines are preserved in olive oil and continue to develop flavour while stored, much like vintage wine.

The flesh becomes increasingly tender over time, while the flavour gains depth and complexity. The olive oil helps maintain a moist texture and supports the gradual maturation process inside the tin.

Ferrigno prepares its sardines in Provence, where the company has specialised in seafood for several generations. This collector offers a different tasting experience from standard canned sardines.
