Smooth French Duck Mousse

Castaing duck mousse is a finely blended French duck spread with an airy texture. Unlike duck rillettes, which contain visible shredded meat fibres, duck mousse is fully smooth, creating a lighter consistency that spreads easily on bread.

The flavour is delicate and rounded, highlighting the richness of duck without the firmer texture associated with pâté or terrine. Serve chilled as an appetiser, on a charcuterie board or alongside cornichons and crusty bread.

Castaing has been producing duck specialities in south-west France since 1925, combining regional expertise with carefully selected ingredients.
