Product information

Grown under the Spanish sun, Sainte Lucie orange flakes bring a naturally sweet and zesty citrus flavour to your favourite recipes. These dried orange peel flakes release their vibrant aroma when rehydrated, making them perfect for both sweet and savoury dishes. Add them to cakes, madeleines, biscuits, and brioches for a delicious fruity twist, or use them to brighten up fish dishes, sauces, stews, and vinaigrettes. For a comforting drink, infuse them with honey. Simply soak in a little water before use or blend directly into your preparations for an authentic burst of orange flavour.
