Please note that these merguez sausages are sent frozen, and while we take great care in shipping them in an insulated envelope with an ice pack, we cannot guarantee that they won’t be delivered defrosted. If the merguez arrive chilled rather than frozen they should be cooked within 48 hours. Do not refreeze defrosted raw merguez. Once defrosted merguez must be thoroughly cooked.

These authentic merguez sausages are imported directly from France and are Halal suitable as well as being gluten-free. They can be cooked directly on a grill or barbecue or added to traditional North African dishes like tagines and couscous.

Our chilled and frozen products will be sent in temperature-controlled packaging with enough ice packs to keep them cool in transit for up to 72 hours.
