This vinegar is made from fresh raspberries and Charentais Merlot by artisanal vinaigrerie, Laurent Agnes. Aged in oak barrels for a year, this premium French condiment is produced in the Charente region of southwest France.

You might like to try using this fruity vinegar as a base for a vinaigrette by combining it with extra virgin oil and Dijon mustard, or, if you want to experiment a little, drizzle onto a freshly-baked camembert or some slices of goats cheese.
