Dry ceps mushroom 100g resealable bag. Use dried mushrooms to add a quick, umami, earthy flavour to many dishes like risotto, broths, pasta…Soak the dry mushrooms in boiling water for 7 minutes, drain then rinse 2 or 3 times and use as fresh mushrooms.
You can purchase our dried cep mushroom in different quantities.
Ingredients: porcini (boletus edulis, aereus, pinicola, reticulatus)
