Product information

Dry mixed champignons de Paris 100g in a resealable bag.

Also known as Agaricus bisporus or button mushrooms, use dried Paris mushrooms to add a quick, umami, earthy flavour to many dishes like risotto, pasta, soups or broth.

Soak the dry mushrooms in boiling water for 7 minutes, drain then rinse 2 or 3 times and use as fresh mushrooms.
