These andros energy bars are made in France by Andros, a company known for its close work with fruit in southwest France specially apple compote.
Designed for training sessions, they provide a practical source of fruit-based energy before or during sport, whether you are warming up, mid-session, or recovering on the move.
This box of 16 bars is easy to keep at hand. 

The texture is soft and gently chewy, with small pieces of nuts and seeds adding a light crunch. The flavour centres on red fruits, bringing a fresh, slightly tangy note that stays balanced and not too sweet.  

Fruit purée forms the base of the bar, giving moisture and flavour. Nuts and seeds are adding some crunch and texture. Gluten free.

Ingredients: Sweetened dried cranberries 30% (cranberries 55%, sugar, sunflower oil), dehydrated apples 12% (apples, preservative: SULFITES), blackcurrant berries infused in apple juice and dried 10% (blackcurrants 83%, concentrated apple juice, concentrated lemon juice, sunflower oil), raisins 9.2% (raisins, sunflower oil), dried figs 8.2% (figs 97%, rice flour), SEED mix 8.0% (hulled SUNFLOWER SEEDS, toasted brown FLAX SEEDS, unsalted roasted PUMPKIN SEEDS), acacia fibre, hulled ALMONDS 5.0%, date paste, hulled HAZELNUTS 3.0%, dried goji berries 2.5%, apple fibre, lemon fibre, salt, potassium and calcium phosphates, vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, E).
