White, rough-cut sugar cubes in a 750g box made by French sugar manufacturer, La Perruche.
These irregularly-shaped lumps of sugar are considered some of the finest quality available.
La Perruche has a rich history dating back to 1828, when the secret sugar cube formula was created. After over 200 years, they are still producing traditional sugar with the true flavours and fragrances of the tropical islands, without changing their original recipe.
Their sugar’s distinct flavour has won awards at the Paris Universal Exhibition on numerous occasions.
