The andouillette de Troyes is a traditional sausage from Troyes, which has been celebrated as a gourmet French dish throughout the country since the 16th century.  

Andouilette is a coarse-grained sausage made from the intestine of pork, and flavoured with pepper, wine, onions, and seasonings. 

We are proud to offer you authentic “Andouillette AAAAA” which has been approved by the Association Amicale des Amateurs d’Andouillette Authentique, (‘The Friendly Club of Lovers of Authentic Andouillette’) who have been certifying the highest quality of French andouillettes since 1970. 

This historical French dish is primarily pan-fried, (sometimes coated in breadcrumbs first), and can also be boiled, grilled or even barbecued. 

With its rich flavour, the andouillette offers a unique taste experience that is truly worth trying.

Boiled pork, pork stomach, onions, shallots, MUSTARD (water, MUSTARD seeds, spirit vinegar, salt, preservative: sodium acid SULPHITE), white wine [SULPHITES], champagne marc, salt, spice mix, preservative: E250. Casing: natural pork.
