Made with fresh eggs, these blinis are soft and flavourful, perfect with smoked salmon and cream cheese, they are traditionally served with caviar but can easily be topped with any other fish eggs or rillettes. Best served warm by heating them in your oven or toaster.

The diameter of each blini is around 5cm.
