Crottins Goat’s Cheese 60g x 15

These goat’s cheese crottins from Chevrefeuille are produced in the Périgord region. Made from pasteurised goat’s milk, each crottins has a creamy and smooth texture, suited to both cold preparations and cooked dishes. 

The cheeses have a soft, velvety exterior with a fine taste. Their flavour balances clean lactic notes with a gentle citrus lift, giving them a bright, fresh character. When heated, the texture becomes supple and smooth, making these crottins ideal for service in restaurants and professional kitchens. 

Presented as a tray of 15 x 60g cheeses, this format supports both catering and large family gathering for dishes ranging from salads to cheese platter. 

These crottins are widely used in: 

• Salads, including the classic warm goat’s cheese salad (“crottin chaud”) 

• Toasts and tartines, often paired with honey or herbs 

• Sandwiches and filled pastries 

• Cheeseboards
