This French dry-cured sausage has been made by hand in the Auvergne region of France by an award-winning charcuterie producer.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients: 88% pork, 12% pork fat, salt, LACTOSE, skimmed MILK powder, WHEAT dextrose, natural spices, potassium nitrate.

Nutritional values per 100g – 1745 kJ (421 Kcal), protein 28g, carbohydrates 1.1g including trace sugars, lipids 34g of which saturated 13g, salt 4.6g.
