This saucisson is a dry-cured French sausage made with Comte cheese and pork, it is perfect finely sliced and enjoyed with some fresh bread or as part of a charcuterie platter.

Made by an award-winning, traditional French charcuterie manufacturer, just outside Lyon, France.

Ingredients: 85% pork, 15% pork fat, 5% ceps, salt, LACTOSE, skimmed MILK powder, WHEAT dextrose, natural spices, potassium nitrate, maturation ferments.

Nutritional values per 100 g – 1664 kJ (401 Kcal), protein 26g, carbohydrates 1.2g including trace sugars, fat 32g of which saturated 12g, salt 4.3g.
