Please note that this product is sent frozen. While we take great care in shipping our products in an insulated envelope with ice packs, we cannot guarantee that they won’t be delivered defrosted. If it arrives chilled rather than frozen, it should be placed in the fridge and consumed within 24 hours. Do not refreeze a defrosted product.

Catering Dough for Pizza and Flammekueche

This dough block is designed for caterers, food professionals and large events. Produced in France by Husson, it can be used to prepare both pizzas and flammekueche, the famous speciality from Alsace.

Flammekueche, also known as tarte flambée or flammkuchen, is a thin and crispy flatbread topped with a white base of crème fraiche or fromage blanc, onions and lardons. Unlike many pizzas, it is traditionally baked with a very thin crust and a lighter topping.

The 3kg format is suitable for producing multiple portions while saving preparation time in busy kitchens. Simply roll, cut to size and garnish as required.
