Goat Cheese Brick Cabriquette 120g

Cabriquette goat’s cheese brick (120g) is a French cheese made from pasteurised goat’s milk. Shaped in a traditional pavé style, it features a thin, edible rind and a delicate, soft interior. Its flavour is mild and gently tangy, showcasing the fresh, clean character of goat’s milk.

The texture evolves with maturation: initially soft and smooth, the curd becomes firmer over time and may turn slightly crumbly if allowed to ripen further. This natural progression enhances both flavour and complexity while maintaining a refined, balanced profile.

Versatile and elegant, Cabriquette is ideal for cheese boards, salads, or warm dishes, bringing a subtle goat’s cheese flavour to everyday recipes.
