Échiré churned butter (Baratte du Cremier) unsalted butter 250g comes from the Échiré region in western France. Slowly churned from high-quality French cow’s milk, it has a smooth, creamy texture and pale yellow colour. The flavour is delicate, with subtle grassy notes and a clean finish. French unsalted butter allows precise seasoning, ideal for baking, cooking, or spreading. 86% fat.
