Sabarot Einkorn Spelt 400g

Cultivated exclusively in the Velay mountains, in the heart of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, the einkorn grain, also known as ‘petit epautre’, is one of the oldest cereals cultivated by humans. This quick cook French spelt is rich in protein, a source of vitamins and minerals (magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, vitamins B and E).

With its nutty flavour, einkorn can be enjoyed, like pasta or rice, hot or cold, in a salad, or as a main course accompanied by meat, fish and sauces. To prepare, cook the spelt over low heat in water for approximately 10 minutes from boiling, depending on desired consistency.
