Pommery Fig Wholegrain Mustard 100g

Pommery fig wholegrain mustard 100g is crafted in Meaux, the historic French town celebrated since the 18th century for its mustard-making tradition. This wholegrain mustard blends coarse mustard seeds with naturally sweet fig, creating a robust yet delicately sweet flavour and a slightly textured consistency that enhances meats, cheeses, foie gras, and sauces. Produced using traditional methods, the mustard seeds are carefully ground and combined to preserve their natural depth and complexity. Packaged in a 100g stoneware jar with a resealable lid, it stays fresh and ready to use, with an optional Pommery cork top available. Try it in dressings, marinades, or as a finishing touch on roasted meats and cheese boards.
