Gavottes Crepe Dentelle with Dark Chocolate 90g

Indulge in the delicate crispiness of Gavottes crepe dentelle with dark chocolate. These signature crepe dentelles are crafted in Brittany, France, following a time-honoured recipe for irresistibly light and flaky layers. Each golden, lace-thin biscuit is carefully rolled and coated in rich, velvety dark chocolate for a perfect balance of crunch and indulgence. 

A delightful treat on its own, these crispy delights also elevate desserts, topped ice cream, mousse or serve with a coffee. Gavottes crepe dentelle is also used to create the finest paillete feuilletine for patisserie creations by crushing the biscuits and adding them to a praline cream. The result is a “croustillant” (crunchy) layer that can be incorporated into cakes adding extra texture to desserts.

Each 90g pack includes 18 dark chocolate covered biscuits.
