About Fortwenger: Based in Alsace since 1768, Fortwenger continues to produce regional gingerbreads in Gertwiller, following recipes that reflect the region’s deep baking heritage. 

Ingredients: wheat flour (GLUTEN), glucose fructose syrup, sugar, sugar topping (sugar, wheat starch (GLUTEN), glucose syrup, food colours : spinach powder, concentrated beetroot juice, safflower extract), caramelized sugar syrup, spices (contains cinnamon), potato starch, raising agents : potassium carbonates, diphosphates, sodium carbonates, ammonium carbonates ; sunflower oil, salt, pork gelatine, food colouring agent : concentrated beetroot juice.
