Ferrigno Sardines with Butter and Parsley 115g

These tinned sardines are not meant to be eaten straight from the tin. Instead, they’re ready to be gently reheated in a pan, allowing the full flavour of the parsley and butter to come alive. Before opening, simply run the tin under warm water to melt the butter. Then pour the content into a pan and heat gently. The result? A beautifully balanced, garlicky persillade-style sauce that coats each tender sardine, just like you’d enjoy in a seaside French café. 

Made without preservatives or additives, these sardines are canned at peak freshness by Ferrigno, a family-run conserverie (cannery) based in Provence. The quality of the fish shines through, elevated by a generous amount of real French butter and aromatic parsley.
